I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room was smaller than expected but cozy, and the bed was very comfortable. It didn't look exactly like the photos, but that didn't bother me. The value for the price was excellent, just what I was looking for.
The hotel is perfectly located just minutes away from Bamburgh Castle and the beach, offering a picturesque setting. The rooms are spotlessly clean and well-appointed, though some may find the Superior Twin room a bit cramped for space. The service is exceptional with charming and helpful staff, especially Sandra who goes the extra mile. The dining options are varied and plentiful, guaranteeing a fantastic meal experience. Overall, excellent value for money with some minor room size concerns.
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room we had was smallish but adequate, with very comfy beds. It was disappointing that we didn't get the larger room we booked, but overall, it was a lovely and clean hotel.
